Zzz, I was charged $13.90 for my first month instead of $9.90 for the first 6months. It says that promotion price will be applied at check out but its all a lie ..

I still 01, they got absolutely no service, no hotline no coustomer counter no nothing, email takes weeks to response.

Lost Sim card? Too bad.

it's hard to keep track the data usage! I won't remember how much I left with (or when my billing cycle) until the SMS triggers - too late. What is Zero1 doing man?

I left zero1 for stinktel 15gb at $20... bth the service of Zero1. Then out of stinktel to Circles due to the 20gb at $18.

Now both singtel and circles sim cards are active after the successful port into circles.

He means u port in to zero1 or port out or zero

Ya both same. Incoming calls and sms goes to circles though. Mobile data both sides can use.

I have cancelled my line since Oct. They are still sending bills till today. Not charging to my card which I've deleted on my z1 account tho.
Hopeless company....

i realise i can delete the CC card on the account page few days ago and did that.. now waiting for refund ....

it is normal they do not reply.. don't expect good cs from zero.1
