im on the $19plan

went down to collect the 'upgraded' sim card.

one month later still not activated. msg fb and email all no reply

in the end went down a second time
they say new system got problem unable to upgrade

duno they will charge the $32 charge or not. waiting for the monthly bill
i collected the new sim card but doesnt work

I was able to use my Zero1 line when I turned my spare phone on for my run earlier in the evening.
