What tempts me is the ST infra and $9.90 for 6 mths unlimited
There is also Zero Mobile for unlimited, but pricier

There is nothing to compliment except cheap, I was once their customer, I jump ship becos it took them almost 2wks for me to get a replacement sim card due to lost phone, this is totally unacceptable!!

I'm on 19.9, unlimited fullstop, no end date (till they up lorry, which is sooner or later).
Last time I starhub unlimited, then never tell me they suka suka change my plan, knn, I purposely don't recontract because I wanted to stay unlimited...
That is really bad. 2 weeks is too long. Will IMDA look into it?
Seems like in this thread, you are the one of the only few who still stick with Zero1. But then again, as you mentioned, only Zero1 offers unlimited base plan

Waiting to jump to the next more stable offer, I also worried.... But condition must be unlimited, cheap as possible also...
M1? Not unlimited but 30GB is quite a lot at $25

If Zero1 improves, they have a lot of potential, way more than Circles as they are using ST infra and unlimited

Actually the question is since they are a dog of stinktel, how muzzled are they?
I doubt the technical side is done by their payroll, directly, most likely done by stinktel techs...
I think most of the complaints are not about technical but their billing. Can see quite a few posts here and on FB is about ppl still getting billed despite having ported out

BTW when zero1 1st came out, apparently their initial country code is Indonesia... Then it shifted to 65xxxxxxx
I agree, I think the issue is the lack of coordination. If I am not wrong, for CL, the technical side is in SG while the customer service is based in Philippines, but so far not much problems

Depends ba. I have CL as spare line and their customer service is one of the best among all telcos and MVNOs. Prompt response and resolution. It depends on whether the company focuses on customer service or not.

I don't mean telco, I mean at all, especially branded PC, help desk is either Pinoy or ****...
Haha bo bian la, that one. Cut costs and outsource. As long as they give good service, I don't mind even though sometimes I will take some time to decipher their accents
