My Zero 1 shows VoLTE this morning
Finally, mine is showing too. That is like 10 years after ST had this function.
My Zero 1 shows VoLTE this morning
Yeah, mine has always been 5G all along.Hi, i have been on the Z-One 4G Plus plan for about 6 months now, after the 3 months 5G trial was over, i set my phone to 4G connection only. Yesterday just so happen to take out my sim and put back in phone, realised it can connect to 5G, even today still 5G.
Anyone else 5G trial still continues even after 3 months?
I will switch back to 4G since 5G consumes more battery
Yes even for zym too. Most of us got 5G beyond 3 months.Hi, i have been on the Z-One 4G Plus plan for about 6 months now, after the 3 months 5G trial was over, i set my phone to 4G connection only. https://support.zero1.sg/kb/a161/can-i-transfer-my-zero1-account-ownership.aspxAnyone know if Zero1's start plan $7.06/month plan is applicable to port in from Circles (with change of ownership)?
And that it is again, no 12 months contract kind of thing, and free to portout?
Interesting link

Refer to above clarificationIf your port in from nric A, then zero1 wanna park under Nric B, zero will give you a form to sign and submit no charges. If after you port in only change ownership, there's a fee incurred as shared by a bro above.
ya my answers are based on personal experience and FAQ lol.Refer below, actually no charges.

I saw all 'answers' to my questions in the FAQ actually. But I wanted to ask if someone actually went through the process and can shed more light on it. Seems like no one actually went through it, but I have emailed Zero1 to ask, on the basis of this link - https://support.zero1.sg/kb/a291/ca...-it-is-registered-under-someone-elses-id.aspx
Conclusion:
1. Zero1 supports port in and change of ownership (at the same time, ie. like Circles allow you to port in and change of ownership)
2. Are there any special fees? Answer is NO, there are no additional fees charged if you do the change of ownership during the transfer. HOWEVER, Zero1 CS reminded me on the T&C of the port in. If the port-in somehow fails due to your existing telco operator, then Zero1 can immediately charge you admin fee of 21.80 AND 5.45 for cost of sim card.
3. If you are to register for Zero1 and subsequently change account ownership, then the admin charge of 21.60 will apply.
Hope my above conclusion can shed more light and help other bros.
So actually @eddy0505 bro's reply is the most accurate
Refer to above clarification
When I port in, there already a $10 admin charge. Don't talk about transfer yet. You believe CS no charge, then no charge lor.Refer below, actually no charges.
