What is Singtel doing again? No data through. Internet cannot go.

Wow seeing lots of reports on downdetector. my singel fibre was also having some issues

Ok. It could be probably a good few minutes it went down.

Let's wait for more reports. Indeed there is a surge of issue reports as per DownDetectors.

Now Straits Times is very fast to report SingTel related issues.

On the mobile service side, as long as it is a short-term issue, it is in line with what Singtel mentioned.

But today's incident seems to affect Fibre Broadband customers more. Let's see what kind of explanations Singtel will come out.

Some Singtel customers may experience intermittent issues over next few days amid adjustments after outages

SINGAPORE: Some Singtel customers may continue to experience intermittent issues over the next few days as system and network adjustments are being carried out to optimise performance, the telco said on Friday (Mar 20).

Singtel customers had encountered connectivity issues on three consecutive days this week, the first of which resulted in a nine-hour disruption on Mar 16.

In a Facebook post on Friday, Singtel addressed the incidents, apologising for failing to provide clarity earlier while its teams “were working to resolve issues”.

“Following the incident on Mar 16, we have been continuing to make system and network adjustments to optimise performance,” Singtel said, adding that this is to ensure that services are fully stabilised.

"While mobile network services remain available, a small number of customers may experience brief and intermittent inconveniences, particularly during peak hours over the next few days.

"We understand this may be frustrating, but we want to assure you that our teams are working around the clock to resolve this as quickly as possible."

Does the reception get worse recently. It's not really these downtime, but consistently in certain places totally no data when it was okay previously. As in, I moved from m1 to singtel, and I could notice the improvements, but recently it became worse than my previous experience with m1

same to me.. same performance not lag only at peak hours ...

Probably need to be patient during this period. Let's see how it goes on 1 April 2026 if they really shut down 5G NSA network.

Then SingTel seems to have multiple issues.

Even though they were quick to resolve the issues on Monday afternoon and again claims it is due to another unrelated reason, there may be deeper issues within SingTel if we link all the incidents together.

Some users here already link the issues with the recent 5G SA deployment and upcoming 5G NSA shutdown. It may indeed one contributing factor.

SINGAPORE: Singtel said the service disruption on Monday afternoon (Mar 23) was caused by an "international traffic optimisation issue" unrelated to recent outages, and was resolved within 15 minutes.

This morning, I got a brief stoppage of data. Enough Singtel, I need reliable network.

I don't want go overseas in a few days, get data connectivity issues. I heard reports some users go Malaysia also affected. Not sure if it's APN issue also.

Stop monitoring. Revert to last reliable update

Patience is being tested. Last time, when I am on Zym, it also went down 3 to 4 times.

When im on M1 or Simba, there was no disruptions or whatsoever. Simba has been the most stable, even though it's slow. Slow but steady.

@kelvinti any comments on Singtel mvno network so far? So many issues with singtel now. I hope you have also received your S26 Ultra(s)

Suprisingly, no issue with Zero1 network. MVNOs might be using the other segments of SingTel network, seperated from its mother newtok, SingTel... 🤔
