Finally managed to place my order after trying for the umpteenth time with each time getting either prompt for username or password dialog or some internal error message.

Their system seems quite buggy. Hope this is not the harbinger of how their service level will be like.

They do reply to emails quite promptly but unfortunately the response doesn't help with what I was asking. If they are not going to have phone operator for customer service, they better brush up on their product and system or I foresee there will be many unhappy customers.

got mine today. DLed 3 gb worth of dummy files to exceed the data.

Speed is usually around 0.8-1.4mbps for dl and upload with low latency at 4g/3g. (tested with speedtest app at various location and time)

Tried with facebook, youtube and hwz surfing. No problem, quite smooth. Video streaming wise it hovers around 480p-360p.

for $19 per month, i would say it's damn worth it

Yes Xdel sent me an SMS with a link to confirm delivery. Received the SMS last night at 7.30pm
