Just ask the person in the house have a photo of the IC front and back and show the guy.
They only need the date of issue for the IC to verify...

Mine was sent to office during lunchtime when I was away, so they simply passed to receptionist without checking my ID.

I ordered on 15th evening. Scheduled for delivery 20th.
I believed the delivery is independent of membership number. But I'm not sure how they process it though because some people doesn't seem to have any news after a long while.

i order 17th until now still pending..

Can use but it will not be tagged to your existing number.
