I'm porting in from Singtel and I have self collected my SIM card today. Can I start using the SIM card with the temporary number while waiting for the porting to be completed?

put in the new sim card and use for the first time

Then use back your old sim card and wait for SMS (if any) for the porting msg

Means the user,subscribed provider and other telco provider.
I wouldn't explain more to one who see in a single direction, much more to one seller who tries to justify the price.

My buyers even thank me for the plan and we stay in touch to update each other on the data performance. I did zero effort to justify any price at all, they quote me a price they felt is reasonable and I just accepted it

LOL... $350 / 12 is $29.16 per month... assuming one takes up plan for 12 months... that's not even counting the $19/mth yet... it's better off sign normal plan for $29.99 or go with another telco.... even if 12 months later zero1 hadn't close shop yet... by then when the new telco open shop liao u are likely to see new rounds of price wars and might get some other better plans in other telcos...

You came barking by justifying $600 savings for 5years first.
The more you bark it only proves your view is indeed in a single direction and doesn't include other telco potential offering in next 5years.

it's one thing for someone to willingly quote the price they want to pay... well.. good for u... willing buyer wiling seller...

it's another thing to upfront open lion's mouth and ask for a LARGE sum and trying to justify it simply because got ONE person willing to pay that price...

Its indeed true that u will save $600 for 5 years compare to the $$29.99 zero1 what zzz. Along the 5 years telco might increase price like how telco decrease our data plan from 12gb to 2gb? Uncertain stuff how to measure and calculate? In 2020 GST will be 9%, ur $19 will not be affected at all

This $19 is non-contractual.
Do show me any evidence they can't/won't increase price in the near future so as to safeguard yours/mine and everyone else's interest.

Just sharing, my seller use the link and created the account using my email. It works and I'm getting the $19 deal. Really thankful that things worked out!

Of cos if seller has already used the link to create an account using his/her email, then can't change the email already. Hope this clarifies

i dont think they will limit the throttle even worse liao. 1mbps is quite insignificant compared to the normal 150mbps speed.

so they can throttle speed for 150 users for 1 normal 4G customer.

imagine they have 50k to 100k customers at most likely for now. at most is extra 50000/150 = 330++ extra users surfing 4g normally nia. this plan is good to go for long time

i am just teaching lesson... the profiteers can continue to profit that tiny sum if they wan... just be prepared to get criticized by people... if cannot take the heat then don't waste ur time doing it... that small amount of $$$ is not worth the effort...

He told people to be open-minded but then so adamant on $19 is a great deal even by paying $350, so sure this will be the best deal for next 5 years.
