First 3 gb is at 4G speed. After that is 3G? According to singtel, 3G typical download speed is 0.8Mbps – 10Mbps (Stationary), 0.8Mbps – 5Mbps (Mobility).

MVNOs have been around since forever.

First MVNO is actually Virgin Mobile. Too bad they came in at a wrong time when the market wasn't ready for them.

Concept of MVNO very simple:
- Lease infrastructure from infrastructure owners (Singtel/M1/Starhub)
- Infrastructure owners deliver their SLA to operators by providing airtime, infrastructure support, etc.
- Billing and Administrative portion are handled by the MVNO side.

Ba Boomz! Now you can own a telco for like 1/10th of the usual cost.
