I think for youtube they throttle at higher speed, more than 1mbps..
that's why still can stream nicely..

Alright I have hit the 3GB limit.

Did speed test on 4G, Upload and dl speeds at 1mbps.

Tried to stream anime and apple music, slow as f.

But youtube works fine.

Wireless@SGX is the free wireless for singtel lines exclusively. I don't think Zero1 can have access to it. As such if will have to login everytime if you want to use Wireless@SG.

Wireless@sgx is available for telco mobile lines. Using sim card to log in. M1 and Starhub can use it as well. Alternatively, you can use the wireless@sg app to create a ssid profile in your wifi list to log in.
For those on virtual telco, if you cant directly use sim to log on, can try using the wireless@sg app.

Well, I think they are expecting much higher speed limit... Which can't be possible given the plan price... Haha

No, wireless@SG is by IMDA for everyone to use. My iPhone with M1 network autoconnects to wireless@SGX at MRT stations
Brp, how do you even connect to Wireless@SGx using m1? It asks me for password but I have no idea where to obtain this.

Youtube will start lagging at 480p.

Now a bit regret buying

Actually the plan is not too bad. Singtel Sim Only plan without contract is $20 for 3gb data and no talk time, SMS and caller ID. M1 Sim Only plan without contract is $20 for 2gb data, 100 min talk time, 100 SMS and no caller ID...

So this plan actually not bad already...

Just got my sim card today 1pm. Signed up last Tues night.
Received the sms to notify of the delivery only this morning at 11am sia. Lucky wife at home to receive it.

Since I will be porting in from Circles Life, i have to wait for an SMS notification from Singtel to my existing number about the steps.

So you can choose when you want to port over?
