If I remember correctly, there’s an option where you can select someone to collect on tour behalf. Need to download and fill a form.

Just wait ba... I guess they might have the $19 plan again. Or if not new plans with better perks. Current plan is only good at $19. $29.90 is not really good.

After successfully porting over to Zero1 from M1, I am now able to use the Singtel app to check my usage, previously half-ported cannot use. But my billing cycle shows 1 Mar in the app, anyone know how to change this to the correct date?

Just wait ba... I guess they might have the $19 plan again. Or if not new plans with better perks. Current plan is only good at $19. $29.90 is not really good.

The ceo said in newspaper that they will be launching tiered plans next few months.

Asking experts here. Whats the APN settings to use for this Zero1?
I plug the SIM card in my Tab S2, Iphone 6, Mifi Modem, all can get Zero1 signal, but i just cannot surf the net, utilize the data.

I tried using Singtel APN but to no avail.

Anyone knows the solution? I email Zero1 but no reply

Don't change the values in the APN. Default will work fine. Look for preferred network type options. See there got set to LTE or 4G anot

As for APN just make sure Singtel(Postpaid) is selected instead of prepaid

Initially did that. But could not detect 4G or 3G.
But i am able to call out.
Then find it weird. Tried to change the APN, it does not work too.
