Chiu use simi fone? The 4g band sala? Got try 3g network or manually connect to zero1 network?

nothing works, 3G/4G... There is a signal, just doesn't register on the network. Like as if SingTel doesn't recognise the SIM as theirs. not chiong phone lah. My Circles SIM works just fine.

Go to your SIM card and mobile network settings. Under APN make sure you select Singtel(postpaid).

did that on very first day when I got the SIM. doesn't work. can't even dial out.

Weird, I tried their 4G data and also call my mum, no issues at all right after I inserted the SIM card..

Does it feel very slow despite the throttled speeds? Like web browsing, IG stories, YouTube etc?

Gagt no problem, YouTube can 480p max, 720p impossible.

Surf net ok ok.

not been able to use the Zero1 service at all! Refuses to register on to the network. Thank goodness I didn't port over the number else I would have ZERO connection. Send emails but only got 1 response that asked me to switch my APN. Already told them that it's not just no data, no phone as well! Really ZERO service standard.

my friend register 1 day later than me but got the delivery notification earlier. so I also msg Xdel and 30 mins later I recv my delivery notification for delivery tmr. account number 4xxx

Did you try manually searching for the network? The list will show Singtel 4G followed on with a smaller word Zero1 below it.. select that and see if it works.

Singtel call centre confirm won't help.

I don't think this method works anymore. The link they sent you should work. If not you have to email them liao.

That was the url that zero1 sent in the sms after they fixed the loophole. I think the url will only work when zero1 enable it on the server before they send out the sms.

Trying out my Zero1 SIM. On iPhone it shows Zero1, but when switch to iPad, it shows SingTel. MySingtel app didn’t work for me. Anyone found a way for the app to work?

Thanks. Tried that too. No luck. Even used another phone. Still won't register on the network. How to troubleshoot if they won't contact me.... sigh
