Signed up on 16th and i gt my sim card today. Just tried and it is running on H+. LOL. Damn laggy and once in a while will switch to 3g but H+ most of the time. Any people having same issues?

Same. Just received my sim today and only H+ on my note 8.. ran a speed test and it's less than 1mbps despite just receiving my simcard and obviously haven't finished the 3gb yet. Shall continue to monitor and see if gets better later

Maybe problem with your phone? Some dual sim phone, dont have 4G enabled on the other sim slot.

Also H+ is really good for me at least.

Hmm. Im using a new number from zero1. I tried switching the sim cards into diff slots and its the same. My signtel can receive 4g+ on both slots but zero1 its h+ or ocassionally 3g. Check my acoount and the contract status is still pending. Is it because of this?

I suspect Zero 1 is an arm of Singtel.

could be... if so then it'll explain why the singtel app able to work with zero1's customers...

Seems that the max speed is capped at 1mbps. Tried on different applications seems like 1mbps max.. normal usage okay.. mobile legends ping hover around 50-70 range.. Instagram stories sometimes need to buffer.. fb video quality sometimes switches to lower quality.. YouTube 720p buffer.. watch anime streaming okay.. download pubg mobile is slowwww with 1mbps.. hope they increase it abit (=

For other's reference: 4G+ and 4G connection. Account status still "pending". I now have a new tab though, for credit card billing management.
