How did zero1 managed to resolve for you?

Were you previously at 4G? Is your account status Pending? Mine new one always in 3G and capped at 384kbps.

well mine isn't "activated" I guess.
the letter is dated 27 March. so I am still 3G @ 384kbps DL 128kbps UL max.
hahaha.

H is better than 3G

3G (Third Generation)

H (High Speed Packet Access)

I'm getting H but at speeds of 0.30+ mbps, so it's below the 1mbps managed speeds. I've not burst my 3 GB quota.

I'm just guessing that I've gotten my sim today and zero1 hasn't activated it in a way. Not porting number, using new number.

No im not. I just collected the sim today.

Yes it is, and is also capped at 0.30+mpbs.

so im guessing its due to the pending status?

Data throttling is a no no for me. I stream twitch and other Chinese streaming platforms quite heavily on weekends when I'm outside. Gonna stick with circles.life until there's a better offer...

Mine is showing UMTS for data, and when i changed to LTE only. It shows disconnected.

I've tested using 3 different phones, all support 4G+/LTE+,VoLTE.

And within these 3 different phones i've placed in 3 different SIM cards and all nine combinations are able to get 4G, only Zero1 not.

My account is still pending. Same as some bros here where account is pending, capped at 0.30+ mpbs

we are just trying to eliminate the factors that we are not getting 4G, because from our side, that's the only visibility.

Have you done anything different? let us know so we can try it too

I haven't done anything different other than just popping in the sim card.
Maybe you can try something different like travelling to other places.

yeah i was monitoring the 3G/LTE along the way, seems no where i'm getting the 4G, my other phones are getting full bar 4G.
