My existing telco next billing cycle coming soon too. Those people using phone with only one sim slot cannot use the zero1 sim and still need to pay bill for 2 lines while waiting for number porting.

I decided to simply use the sim card in an old phone and use it as a portable wifi router.

When your first 3 gigs of data is used up they will send you an SMS informing you. Unfortunately, it seems that the remaining "unlimited" data is so slow that you can't use Youtube. Didn't try with another app.

If you read the instructions that comes with the sim card, it say do not use the sim card till you receive an sms from singtel that porting is done.

Zero1 most likely had forseen this delay in porting of numbers to include such instructions.
