This is reply from Zero1: Meanwhile, you may start using the new SIM card with the temporarily assigned number if you wish to but you are advised to keep your existing line active as the port-in notification SMSes will be sent to it. All porting related notifications will be from Singtel. Upon successful port-in of your number to Zero1, you will receive a text confirmation. You can then start using your Zero1 SIM card. If you used the Zero1 SIM card before the successful port-in, please re-start your phone and the Zero1 SIM card will update itself automatically.

Then people with single sim slot phone how? Some people said zero1 billing cycle start from from the day the sim card is delivered. Paid $19 but cannot use until the porting complete.

I applied on the same day as my wife. My wife received SIM in 5 days, ported 2 days after that. I received received SIM in 10 days, porting 7 days after that (just received porting confirmation SMS). Both account numbers 16xx.

I put into SIM 1 and I am using latest firmware.

Still no 4G

It looks like there is no specific order in the way Zero1 does things. I received my SIM on 22/3, 10 days after I applied. Still waiting to port. Did your account status show pending while you were waiting to port over? What is it showing now?

I am using a a Sony. I put it into slot one and ensure setting to 4G. On and off the mobile and it should work

I put in slot 2, change the setting to 4G and still 3G leh ...z.z...zz....z.z.

Those cannot connect at 4G+ maybe can state the phone brand? My xiaomi connects at 4G+, still waiting for number porting, account is pending.

I’ve tried on iPhone, Samsung and xiaomi. My Singtel postpaid can get 4G, once swap zero1 stuck at 3G

Me too just received the SIM card today ( signed up on 13 mar) insert in only see 3G . Where’s my 4g network . Some more I have to manually set the APN to e-idea then got data .. the carrier protocol didn’t broadcast the details to my iPhone directly .. still waiting my old number to port over ..

Yup tried both. Worst is the speed limited to 320+ kbps. Not even 3G speed lol

My zero1 sim card does not have 4G. It is permanently stuck at 3G. My friend's card has 4G, and when I put my Sim card into her phone, it is stuck at 3G too. I believe it is a number/card problem.

5 working days to be exact. 21st received then 27th port request okay then 28th can start using liao.

I using Sony, when I select 4G only under mobile network, there's no connection at all. I selected 4G preferred (3G / 2 G) and I only connect to 3 G
