Thinking of whether I should sell my $19 account..
How much can I sell? $100?

Don't waste your time...

After first day of usage and i am a bit regret.

1st Cannot detect 4G network on the Sony Xperia XZ
2nd 3G speed is way too low
3rd Play ML game and I am getting 330ms
4th My account still shows pending

I am waiting for their reply to solve my network and i am stuck with 3G super slow speed.

Does model matter ? I’m using X cannot. I try other model

Mine still stuck at 3G Hahahaha

Don’t bother try, just wait and restart everyday. Email them and complain.

I tried: Android phones, iPhone, iPad, modem, router.
So it’s not device but account related.

Agree. We shall see.

I believe their CEO will read this thread. Hope they improve their after sales service.

Is it true that those paying $19 per month belong to the elite group, while the rest who didn't register in time and pay other amount is not?

Having same issue, super slow. Is it related to account status - pending ?

Mine is ok after abt 2 days after receiving the sim card. Maybe u can monitor and see whether it improves.

Someone said data speed improved after 2 days?

Someone cannot even connect to network and make call, but resolved magically after 2 days. Maybe is related to backend

not been able to use the Zero1 service at all! Refuses to register on to the network. Thank goodness I didn't port over the number else I would have ZERO connection. Send emails but only got 1 response that asked me to switch my APN. Already told them that it's not just no data, no phone as well! Really ZERO service standard.

Thanks mosmos and Mathematoxic for your suggestions. :) Glad to say that I just got an email from Zero1 this morning saying that they have fixed the problem. Indeed, problem solved without my having to do any additional settings. Looks like there was some issue with them registering the SIM on the Singtel network.
