any solution to this? already tried using other browsers and phone.

You trying to port number right?

Had same issue, but when I choose new number instead of port, everything went thru. F*up system. May be they have quota how many lines they must sell. See many people still waiting for the port confirmation.

ps: tried on diff platform, browser, including edge. so its not browser issue.

tested 2 no. of Zero 1 sim cards today. both are new no..

both are NOT serving at 4G speed.
restarted the phones many times.
max download speed =0.37Mbps.
Max upload speed=0.12Mbps.

on iPhone， it shows “Singtel 3G”
on andriod phone，it shows“ Singtel H+”

Log in to both accounts，contract status= “pending”
