My pending account has 4g

Then I don't what is going with zero 1..

I am stuck with super slow 3G network. Extremely slower than 3G speed

Maybe can compare account number

I was charged based on the day u successfully registered under their plan. I have emailed to them. I feel super unfair when I didn*********t even received my SIM card till now

Charged, but probably billing cycle only start after received the Sim card.

Received sim card on the 16th. Sent them email regarding number still not porting in on the 22nd(still no reply). Now already 28th and number still has not been ported over. No idea what they doing. Porting over from circles life

Me also charged on the 12 March and got the Sim card only on the 26.....I went to read their T&C and stated there blah blah this is a post paid contract, blah blah billing cycle starts when you agree to the contract blah blah....

My account is also still pending (new hp number) but can call already on day Sim received....

Anyway clause 1.4 in their T&C says this
The monthly subscription fee is charged and payable in advance at the beginning of the billing period. The billing period is 30 calendar days from the time the SIM card is delivered to the Customer.

Sent in an email on 25/03 to complain about not getting any sort of speed after my first 3 gigs were up and no reply. Thank goodness that this is only for emergency use.

Yeah, seems like it being capped, NV go past 300kpbs, even with HSPA.

Maybe account under pending only can get 3G network.

A lot of other folks got 4G at 30+mpbs with account pending.

Any screenshot(s) to show? I have a lot of it showing that it is 0.3 MBPS.

Yes, it is showing 4G coverage but the speed is even slow than 3G which I think can fight with 2G.

Ya i tested my speed before 3GB is about 30MB and and after 3GB is at 1MB for both upload and download speed.

Hmm even at 3G? Your account is 3000>?

Here is the speedtest as suggested. Thank you for the suggestion, I did not think of doing it, I thought I was simply cut off. Can definitely surf and email at this speed but that's all.

Addendum: I also tried another speed test site and the results were the same but they did not have a link to the test itself and I did not want to do a screenshot.
