I got mostly 4G, but the first time I insert my sim card is 3G and test the speed at about 1.5MB. Then I rebooted and 4G till now.

Some of us are capped at 0.30mpbs at HSPA, no matter how many times we reset /restart. A bit frustrating when zero1 doesn't reply, no number to call too. Anyway lucky for me is a supplemental number, those depend of these for the only line jialat

Omg... I waited for more than 1 week for existing telco to contact me for port over... and still waiting ...I have to pay both telco at same time? Zzzz

Me also charged on the 12 March and got the Sim card only on the 26.....I went to read their T&C and stated there blah blah this is a post paid contract, blah blah billing cycle starts when you agree to the contract blah blah....

My account is also still pending (new hp number) but can call already on day Sim received....

Sucks

Anyway clause 1.4 in their T&C says this
The monthly subscription fee is charged and payable in advance at the beginning of the billing period. The billing period is 30 calendar days from the time the SIM card is delivered to the Customer.

Mine stuck at 3G network since getting the SIM card yesterday afternoon.

Consolation is that put the SIM card into my old iPad 2 then still can use. No need to buy the newly launched iPad yet.

How long will we get to pay $19 per month for? Any idea?

Yes. It’s in the TnC. Learn to read.

And for those having issues stuck in 3G, since it’s not only one or two sim cards, and shows similar issues even after changing phones,. You can conclude it’s on Zero1’s side. Not your phones.

Yeah it's zero1 side, but the problem is that try to contact them, no sound no picture from them. Know that ita budget, at least put up a FAQ on this ma.

Lol why quoted post like censored.
Yes, they should atleast have a better customer service to attend to issues from customers. I think they are understaffed currently.

Don't reply if you just gonna be an ar-sehole. Learn to be nice and learn to read too, you prob don't understand my question nor really read the TnC.

I'm asking because their TnC doesn't state how long can we enjoy the promo rate.
