Sent in an email on 25/03 to complain about not getting any sort of speed after my first 3 gigs were up and no reply. Thank goodness that this is only for emergency use. :s8:

After your first 3GB. Your speed will be reduced to 1mbps. Still better than some of us here who’s getting 0.3mbps

Yes. It’s in the TnC. Learn to read.

And for those having issues stuck in 3G, since it’s not only one or two sim cards, and shows similar issues even after changing phones,. You can conclude it’s on Zero1’s side. Not your phones.

The connection is weak n sometimes lost. I might want to terminate once i find a better deal.

I think the stucked at 3G network problem is a problem with Zero1 and not the device we are using. As we all know, the data speed will be throttled after 3gb, most likely it's a configuration problem on their server.

I am lucky that I do not face the above problem. Zero1's 4g is having the same speed as SingTel's 4g. I tested it against a Singtel line. And overall connection is good.
Hope they solve the 3G issue soon!

Yes I agree, most likely a problem in their server/network with regards to particular line etc.

Not an account problem i.e Pending whatsoever

Don't reply if you just gonna be an ar-sehole. Learn to be nice and learn to read too, you prob don't understand my question nor really read the TnC.

I'm asking because their TnC doesn't state how long can we enjoy the promo rate.
Well have you went through the website FAQ and TnC?
Won’t bother answering for those who are lazy ar-se

Received sim on 23rd. Til now no port in yet. Checked with current Telco, no request. Haiz.....

Might not necessarily be zero1. Other telco backend got issue. Previously I was told to head down to singtel shop to make some changes, after 1 week call to check and they say no request

Hello edmw!

We are really grateful for your support and enthusiasm!

In the past two weeks, we have gearing up for our launch and changed our site today -we’re glad many of you took notice! We know you pre-registered early and we cannot wait to let you to let you join the Zero1 family soon.

Thank you for your patience and you will be hearing from us in the next few days!

Yours sincerely,
Zero1 Team

Why is it taking so long for port in of number? It's unfair to bill us due to delay in port in.

I checked with Zero1 and they claim that if everything goes well port in will take 3-5 days. This is your 5th day, so you should reach out to Zero1...

As long you don’t terminate the line.

Don't reply if you just gonna be an ar-sehole. Learn to be nice and learn to read too, you prob don't understand my question nor really read the TnC.

I'm asking because their TnC doesn't state how long can we enjoy the promo rate.

FAQ says as long as you don't terminate the line.

According to TnC, I would say as long as they don't increase the price.

For my house in yuhua, switch between 3g + 4g quite frequently, not due to low reception.

But I lived high floors, starhub and m1 got low reception.
