They did mentioned can. But take note you can only port over when both the accounts are under the same name.

I'm not talking about the sale of the Sim cards, it's the monthly subscription of 29.90 is not worth the service or the lack of it that we r getting. It's the 19 that is the saving grace now.

Yes same .! I have emailed them a few times and they replied those not relevant stuffs like we will port in 3-5 days after you receive your sms card. Like what ? It has been more than 2 weeks already the number is still not yet ported over. They should compensate my another 1 month of phone bill if they fails to port over by end of the month!

It's been a week since I sent them a email. Yet to have a reply from them. Had this sim since 16th. 12 days later number still has not been port over. Angry af since all my sms are still going to my old number

Agreed, their support truly suck balls. Simple enquiry onli cannot resolve. Ppl talk abt east they reply west

My zero1 sim card does not have 4G. It is permanently stuck at 3G. My friend's card has 4G, and when I put my Sim card into her phone, it is stuck at 3G too. I believe it is a number/card problem.

Important question is, yours a $19.90 or $29.90 plan?

I thought it’s $19 for early registrants and $29.90 for normal users.

You now can add another line under the same email.
You can now view/edit card used for payment.
