for those only get 3g or H ..r u using Android phone ..if yes Pls go Google store download 4g switcher and choose LTE only ..if after choose LTE only still can't get 4g signal mean is sim problem .if can get 4g mean is device problem ..hope that help

but i've also tried using this method, couldnt get the the signal too.

and if u r usng phone that hybrid sim slot can support dualsim..the 4g switcher APP only work only sim slot 1 which is where u put yr memory card that one

Even not 4G, say 3G our speed are being limited to 300kbps. So yeah not sim related. Got 4G also no use if limited to 300kbps

just gotten a reply from zero1, asking me for account number and phone number.

Problem is my account number is HUUUGGGE on my email title.....i suspect its a template reply for all emails...lol

maybe 3g will limit 300kbps and 4g at 700kbps to 1 mbps so got different ..anyone here get 4g signal but only get 300kbps ?

Just received sms from singtel to inform that the tentative date to process number porting is today.

3 mins later 2 more sms inform successfully ported into singtel, number will be switched to singtel port in number tomorrow???

Luckily, they have free incoming. In less than a week I have received around 6 calls from random numbers. Quite annoying again as porting is taking ages!!!

i encountered this too when i switched from m1 to singtel earlier this week...
but the actual number port was only completed at around 11.30pm even though the number port was successful message was received at around 1pm
