My status is still pending. Almost a month already. Anyone same experience?

mine was over a month.

finally received a call from them after sending feedbacks to case, imda and advertising standards authority.

Usage did reset on 1st of the month, but the bill states the usage from my date of activation instead.

And the amount due is not $20. Its $12. Weird

Maybe zero1 pro rate from the sim card delivery date to end of the month. Then from next month billing cycle change to start of the month.

We are already billed full $19.99 when you sign up. That counts the usage for the same month your sim card is delivered.

Should I port from circle life ? How's the connection ? Are they using M1 infrastructure?

Bandwidth from Singtel. Halfway along causeway towards S'pore can detect and lock onto Zero 1 home network. Better than M1 which needs to reset phone on SLE

Don't understand how they gotten the cost. The numbers just don't make sense.

Anyway since different people get charged different amount, my guess is that they have decided to use the billing cycle to be 1st of every month just like circles life. So that probably is the prorated cost.

Surprised to see the long wait encountered by some of you. I signed up on 15 Apr and received the SIM card on 18 Apr which is within 3 working days as stated on their website. Wondered the delay is it applicable to those on the $19.90 promo plan.
