Cant be. i have used above the 3g limit and i can still stream some youtube vids in 720p but 480p is consistently no buffering. Streaming on spotify with issue as well

that's the thing i dont quite understand too.
i've not hit the limit yet but i have dropped connection issues.

Hi

Can check if anyone here has put the zero1 SIM card into those mobile router so that a few devices can tap on the data to use the Internet?

Is it feasible?

i've not hit the limit yet but i have dropped connection issues.


if is not a device issue and you have not 3gb ... maybe is the location issue for singtel (blind spot). Circles is using M1 maybe the area you are in are better signal for M1.

anyway i have hit>3gb 2nd week and even so no drop connection issue, speed wise usable most things i need to do daily.

I cant log into the singtel apps.
The reset is it based on 1st of calender month or billing cycle? Is there other way to check?

That's strange, it seems like it's your device issue.

Most people using zero1 sim card can see their phone number inside Singtel app without any log in required.

According to what is shown on my Singtel app, yes, it's reset on 1st day of each calendar month. Billing cycle is the same for everyone, which is on the 1st day of calendar month.

Otherway to check is probably to email zero1, or wait for their bill to arrive, or go to Singtel website, sign up a new account, register your mobile number then log in again from the web

Yep, so far I have had great experience with zero1 as well.

SIM card arrived a few days after signed up, porting was done within 1 week. Mobile speed is fast, some areas have low connectivity, but it's still better than my old telco which is M1 in the same areas.

Hope it will remain this way :)

For all those who have received the bill -
1. Is it generated after a month of SIM card delivery?
2. Does the bill have next month's charges? Most telecom charge the amount for the current month upfront?
3. From the bills and Singtel App looks like the usage resets on 1st, does the billing reset on 1st as well?

Currently, I'm having an issue where my P20 Pro is connected to the Zero1 network with full bars, but there's no data of any kind (3G, 3.5G, 4G). There is also no way to make and receive calls, as the calls just instantly drop without any connecting tones.

Meanwhile, my Starhub card also on my P20 Pro is connected to the Starhub network and able to have data access and make and receive calls with no issues at all.

Just realized something, I can only call 1688 on the Zero 1 line now, so nope, not a phone issue. Can't call / sms all other phone numbers, nor receive calls / sms, nor have data. Sent an email to Zero 1 and still waiting for their response.

I believe only ex circles life users and ex/current singtel customers can use the singtel app to check usage. The rest can't. Anyways, if exceed data, they will send sms. No idea about talktime and sms though.

those under the table people sell the plan one. :o

Guys, any of you having trouble contacting with the customer service or support ? I've sent them tickets but none replied me. My dad inserted his device and activated without his number ported and now he is having a new number. Sibei sian of the customer service.

I restarted my iPhone and now it seems stable.
No dropped connection so far for the past 10 minutes.

The sim card is activated once you received it. It doesn't matter whether you put it into your phone or not. Once received, billing starts.

From what I know is selling is only possible during the registration period whereby the details have yet being submitted to apply the new line. However this is no longer possible as they have already closed the $19 promotion on Mar 31.
Right now there is no way you can get to change the details while retaining the $19 line. You will have to stick with the seller details if the seller is willing to.

It is possible, provided you don't mind the slow speed after 3gb. This plan is not a replacement for broadband. The speed after 3gb is good enough for a single device surfing only.

Looking for any users giving up the $19 promo line...

You can't change the details of the person, or the name, NRIC. I doubt anyone is willing to let you use the line under his name and NRIC. Zero1 probably will not help with the transfer, even if they did, the $19 promotion price is probably not valid as they will consider as termination of line. I might be wrong though.
