I was told this for M1 MySim30+

So far I still see my 9gb (with data upsize) . Maybe with the next billing cycle then will drop .

I do like my current 300 minutes talktime and 1000 SMS though.

mySIM+ 15 contract ended on 16 May. Iirc 18 May it dropped from 1GB to 500MB already.

Maybe yours will change tmr or something.

Problem: I can make phone calls and I can receive phone calls. But I cannot use the mobile data. I have turned on MOBILE DATA on my phone.

I get this error "Could not activate mobile data network. You are not subscribed to a mobile data service".
Im using a iphone 5s.

When I inserted another SIM Card(T-Mobile) in my iphone5s I can use the mobile data.
And when I insert the Zero1 Sim card into another phone I can use the mobile data there. BUT I cannot use the Zero1 mobile data on my iphone5s.
I've restarted the phone many times, change the automatic selection to manual.

Please help.

This is zero1 backend did not enable data for your sim card. Someone in this thread also had the same issue, solved by contacting zero1.

The 'Credit Balance' calculation is a bit funky.

I started at 197 mins before making a call to the USA. No one pick up the call and so I hanged up. After that, the balance was left with 192 mins.

that statement which is made by today/channelnewsasia is wrong, circles already clarify on day 1, those who didnt follow up still think that must top up zzz

circles already say as long as u are active in last 3 mths, u can continue to use the account. for inactive user, they will remove your account. simple as that

Ported out of Zero1 WITHOUT issue!

8Pm at M1 11.30pm port out liao. My arse to give them 1 month notice. No telco need to do that, so why must they. Just go to any telco and request to port your number under Singtel can liao, no need to give them notice.

Fair Warning To Those Who Are Considering
My frustration with them is that because the throttled speed is not reliable when you need them most. Few times when I was outside needed to use Street view on google map, it just won't load the view, black screen all the way. This is just one of the example.

If you ONLY use FB,IG,Youtube and surfing ONLY. Guess you are ok with Zero. Be warned that sometimes loading IG is a pain in the arse as well, takes forever. Loading certain contents outside FB (when u click the link) but within the FB app is not smooth sailing as well.

Lastly they uses recycled 9xxxxxxx numbers, so be ready to get unwanted $loan spam on your WhatsApp.

All the above are purely my personal experience. It may varies for users to users.

Yes after 3GB. Zero1 is from SG. Some CSO don't even know who is Zero1. So you must say port from Singtel can liao.

I'm on iPhone 7plus. 3-4sec adds up to a lot. May be I'm just impatient. It really affects my usage experience. That's why giving heads up to ppl who have high expectation after 3GB.

But if never try, you'll never know.

With the notice clause in the terms of contract, Zero1 can charge you for 1 month after you have ported out, with the porting out instructions from the new telco serving as the 'notice'.

- M1's general T&Cs states notice period is one day (if not bound by other terms)
- Starhub's T&Cs states notice period to be 3 days (if not bound by other terms)
- Singtel's Mobile Service T&Cs states notice period to be 4 days (if not bound by other terms)

So it would appear that Zero1 has decided to be intentionally different.

3-4seconds is a lot of lag!
