lame company .. this should a default thing and need to ask voting? Sounds like cost saving and dont want to improve customer experience.

No problem tethering. But why would you want to tether? Before the 3gb limit, tether still ok, but after the 3gb, you are down to just 1mbps. Using that for laptop or computer would be very slow. That speed is probably just good for use for 1 phone.
