ask for whats the problem.. no reply..

3GB To Unlimited + Bonus 12GB Data Mobile Plan Promotion Terms & Conditions:

1. The promotion is valid for new subscriptions from 24 January 2019 to 28 February 2019 both dates inclusive.

2. Existing customers can change or upgrade to the promotional plan. An administration fee of $32.10 will be charged. Downgrade of plan is not eligible for the promotion. Existing customers who signed up before 15/8/18 and wish to upgrade their plan will be required to collect new SIM card at Zero1’s office to enjoy the promotion.

3. The bonus data is applicable for first 12 months only, thereafter the bonus data will be removed from the subscribed plan without prior notice.

The plan is still expensive given the current offers by other telcos. If they reduce the cost to around $25 or less, then will be competitive.

Yeah. Only their $9.90 is unique/cost worthy if you don't mind the bad/zero service.

I reckon they won't see 2020. Lately all posts are talking about porting out. How could you run a telco with such poor CS? Shareholders, founders no brain?

Just port in from m1 to $9.90 plan. I can't receive incoming sms zzzz emailed zero1 but never reply

Zero1 as the name implies is literally zero service.
I emailed them took almost a week to reply.
Give up on them already.
If this kind of company can survive, no any other company will close shop.

so far i dont have any issue but my SIM (first batch) no auto roaming, emailed them for an upgrade to their new SIM in Oct 2018, received one email say will contact me for collection.

No news. I emailed them again in Dec 2018, never even got any email after that.

Zero1 will survive because they offer unlimited data a.k.a. throttled data after the cap. It is useful for my parents who still SMS and call, and use data only for whatsapp and the occasional youtube, which they can do for $9.90 (for first 6 mths). It is better than the prepaid plans they were using

But judging the comments here, they do need to up their game because they will be edged out of the mobile market at this rate of complaints

The 9.90 plan for the first 6 months is still alright. But after 6 months, it becomes 13.90 and it is no longer attractive.
