Existing customers can change or upgrade to the promotional plan. An administration fee of $32.10 will be charged. Downgrade of plan is not eligible for the promotion.
Existing customers who signed up from 15 Aug 2018 may now log in to your account to submit your plan change request. Please allow 3 business days for activation and our Plan Change team will get back to you when plan change is effective.
For existing customers who signed up before 15 Aug 2018 and wish to upgrade their plan will be required to collect new SIM card at Zero1’s office to enjoy the promotion. Please contact our YES team at yes@zero1.sg for detailed instruction.
If you are currently on 3GB to Unlimited plan and is paying $19 per month, you will continue to enjoy the same price at $19 per month after changing your plan to 3GB To Unlimited Bonus 12GB plan. If you are changing to a higher plan, i.e. 9GB To Unlimited Bonus 18GB plan, the new monthly subscription fee at $39.90 will apply upon successful plan change.
