Afterall, super senior body parts movements already slow. So, don't need super fast data connection. Their body parts can't keep up with the super fast data speed too afterall!

It's good enough but if you were to compare to others. Simba is not very good.
Still better than giga, iirc their $10 plan don’t have 100GB like everyone else.

Yeah different provider use different backend.cannot use giga .. my xiaomi webcam wont load
Recent dbs datacentre outage, moi redone cannot use but giga ok despite both on starhub network.

Yeah their process also a bit weird. Send agent down for sim card delivery and need to take selfie with ic for sign up. But if want starhub network for $10 no choice as giga don’t have.
They have $7 plan with unlimited throttled data and $10 plan with 50gb fast data and unlimited throttled data. They're just matching competitor offers. For me I love their unlimited data offerings for my kids and helpers as I don't need to worry about their bill bursting but I can still keep them contactable

I didn't get any sim card fee? Haha. Anyway Singtel network vs TPG network is worlds apart.. So thus the price difference la. It's not Apple to apple.

From the comments it seems like they allow existing users to change plan. Either through the account dashboard (if available) or email yes@zero1.sg if the option is not available.

when I was with zero1, they omitted me from this hence I jumped to simba. I had no issues with simba hence no need to go back.
