Any Zero1 users experience poor or no network along DTL between Bedok North and Jalan Besar?
It happens every time I passed that stretch. No such issues when I was on M1, Changi Mobile and RedOne previously.

didn't know there's zero1 app. they got to update their knowledge base guide.

what is the best way round to sign up the 100gb plan if you are singtel or singtel mvnos users?

is there any issue if i port out of zero1 in less than a month?

activated on 6 Jan, and I'll let out probably 30th tomorrow when my m1 maxx card arrive.

btw, the zero1 number used to be from m1.

No issue for less than 1 month. Don't worry!

Slot in your Maxx sim card. go to the Maxx app to choose your new Maxx number and then select Port-In from your Zero1 number.

Also, it doesn't matter that your Zero1 number is from M1 or any other telcos previously. It will not affect the porting. :)

Just ported over from Starhub to Zero1, Z-One 4G PLUS plan.

Submitted application on 1 Feb 12.15am, got the email to collect sim card at Singpost on 2 Feb, 6pm. Collected on 3rd Feb (Saturday) morning, 11+pm saw that my phone signal going haywire, sometimes have, dont have, repeat. Phone notification that Sim 1 is not provisioned around 12am. Went to sleep and wake up, phone still show got signal, but is in emergency call mode. Swapped sim and everything seems to be working, data, call and SMS works.

Strangely i didnt receive any SMS, according to the activate guide on zero1 website supposed to receive when they are doing the porting over.

The SMS will come in at a later time. Not sync with the actual progress timeline one. 🤭

I'm heading to KL for 4 days starting tomorrow.

My first time using Zero1 roaming data soon.

Let's hope it is solid.
