I activated via the app at 330pm yesterday expecting to wake up today seeing 5G on my phone with zero 1 by the side. End up still M1. I went to check app , status still shows pending
have you received the port in confirmation email from zero1? it took zero1 3 business days to send me the email.. 1 working day after receiving the email my line still not ported over to zero1 :ROFLMAO:

https://support.zero1.sg/kb/a101/can-i-port-over-my-existing-post-paid-number-to-zero1.aspx

Please check the following requirements and conditions to ensure a successful and smooth transfer of your mobile number:
  • Your number is a post-paid number with your existing mobile operator. Pre-paid numbers cannot be ported to Zero1.
  • Your number is not inactive/suspended with your existing mobile operator.
  • There is no outstanding balance with your existing mobile operator.
  • Your number is no longer under contract with your existing mobile operator.
  • You cannot port-in Zero1 number to Zero1.
  • You cannot port-in from your existing mobile operator to replace your existing Zero1 number.
  • You cannot port-in number under corporate plan. Corporate line refers to mobile line registered under company's name.

Nope . Usually they deduct ahead isn’t it ? My card was already deducted for up till
3 December 2025
Yes Maxx plan works like a prepaid type, every 30 days expires, which doesn't make sense, which might be related to why Maxx app doesn't allow port-in now via the APP.

Unless they really don't consider Post-Paid suddenly... Glad i ported out early

Moreover, I think there is no such thing as outstanding payment for Maxx, once payment is not deducted, it should fall back to the free Base Plan.
