Pretty stable. I have bought GTX670, GTX770 and GTX970 for my office workstations use. So far RMA rate is low for my side.

The difference between a good brand and a bad brand is that

A bad brand may give one bad experience out of 10 customers

While a good brand gives one bad experience out of 100

Using one right now. Also used one of their mobos (FM2) and one of their mini PCs (VIA nano X2).

So far, Graphics card has run without issues since 2014, mobo was used for 3 years before crashing repeatedly. Used the Mini pc as a backup for a year before selling it.

All I see is that your "good brand" spends more on marketing, some R&D, jack prices up and label themselves as premium when they still offer same warranty length (GPU) as the "cheapo brand"

i am not paying more for the extended warranty so who cares. Unless you keep seeing people came in here to complain that despite rma, the new gpu also keeps giving problem then only would it be a concern.

I rather go for zotac than palit due to the xtra 2 yrs warranty.

Brand A is cheaper. Brand B is more expensive. Both selling similar items with same base specs.

If 10 out of 100 units from Brand A needs to be rma'ed, is it worse than 1 out of 10 units from Brand B?

Assuming more people bought units from Brand A since it's cheaper.

It will appear worse cos they will have 10 ppl kpkb about them online, vs 1 person for the other brand :s13:

The point is that if you ask owners, 90% of them will always say no problem

This is why Amazon reviews are useless

To see how good a person is, don't look at him when things are easy, look at how he handle it when things get hard. Same goes for retailers and brands. An eBay score of 15000 :) is meaningless.

amazing brand and for the prices they go for, it is a no brainer

if you are to buy locally, Tech Dynamic has been the easiest distro ive dealt with here in SG(not for my zotac cards but for my swiftech coolers)
