Tech Dynamic is the local distributor as well. Anyway please check if you need to register for extended warranty. If so, highly recommend you get it done.

Have emailed them few days back to check on my warranty status but yet to receive a response

If it 3 years back then and you forgot to register the extended warranty, then by now there should not be any warranty left.

Zotac GPUs are 2+3 years warranty, within 2 weeks purchase if you did not register the warranty online, you will only have it as 2 years warranty.

If you did, it will be 5 years total.

they ask u to keep receipt and email if u had registered.

What distys can check is estimated warranty based on sell-ins.

Sell through they won't be able to know until you provide the supporting documents like the receipt. In the case of extended warranty.

For the likes of Palit and Zotac, the disty will tell you est. warranty based on sell-in. if you lost the receipt and that the +3 will be applicable if you have already registered for the extension.

GTX 16XX / RTX 20XX

Some of the models sold in 2019 eg. GTX 1060 AMP etc

Receipt dated 2019

If it 3 years back then and you forgot to register the extended warranty, then by now there should not be any warranty left.

Zotac GPUs are 2+3 years warranty, within 2 weeks purchase if you did not register the warranty online, you will only have it as 2 years warranty.

If you did, it will be 5 years total.

Bought zotac 1060 a couple of years ago. Remembered u need to register or else they wun honor the extended warranty.

The extended warranty is by manufacturer, so u need to send back to their HQ in HK.

The local warranty support is top notch (the first 3 years). U bring in to their office, they run some tests, and they do a 1-1 replacement if they assessed that it is indeed faulty.

Ic. They gave me 1-1 last time. Used a few months suddenly got screen artifacts. They stress tested my card for 30min saw the problem appear. Then they gave me 1-1. But that was a couple of years ago le

Those before the current rtx20 series and gtx16 series will be 2+3 years. And certain gtx1060 sold in 2019. Anything before 2019, it is still 2+3 years.

Read carefully bro. It is still a must to register. Regardless, you still have to register online to get your additional 2 years warranty.
