I am one of those who balloted and bought a 3 bedder (904sft).

Yes we all know the Rivercove pricing they set is ex. I also did look at the PC areas in Sengkang.. all charging me 1250-1320 psf. The condo area size also smaller.

If I buy an older condo, I may need to fork out 30-50k to renovate. That’s a cost also.
I regretted not coming into the property market earlier. I am one of those who think property will slow down, but it did not. I was late by 2-3 years. But on a lighter positive note, I manage to catch this boat now.

After serious considerations, I am happy I manage to get a RC unit. I swim and gym often and I love the park connector behind.

I had been living in Sengkang area for 17 years. It’s a nice town.

Hopefully all those who bought will not be dampened by the negative comments posted by others.

Super greedy ..all because of sumang...must see location...one near town one out of town different price ...No doubt sengkang is rising and the location is convenient but price wise I think really too much...developer really seeking revenge on their losses for the pass 4 years and not come out chop head ..but surprisingly many willing to get chop just because a few of the nonsense news make them to enter at a high price...all thinking private will going to fly like no tml...in actual fact the index just show up bit only after so many years ...all thinking is going to fly...kiasu behaviour can't lose out will make them lose more..but buying own stay think Rivercove location really not bad..got 24 hrs sengsiong..5 mins to lrt..malls..nearer to town ..investment wise very little value ..investment better go private now as the price still soft..EC is too over price now just because of sumang ...all wanna goreng 99..

I will take DBS home loan. Their rates are comparable . And i have a DBS multiplier account , hence can giv me a slighly higher savings interest rate on the multiplier account .

do they have free shuttle bus? i think need to cross the road to the other side to take Lrt or bus to seletar mall? i feel the place fernvale/anchorvale area among the sengkang area is the least crowded thus more condusive than the sengkang at compass one

Nobody knows a mall will come out from there. Else fernvale anchorvale these plot of lands confirm sold to private developer liao
