Why Sinkies are so irrational then ?

One here is trying hard to lowball these new project developers. Lol
1 or 2 projects may get the price not right but the market would adjust by itself.

Yes market aka the people will be sensible to buy accordingly. Too high price they will avoid.

Mergui, may I know which ‘highly priced’ project was snapped up? Please provide some examples before spouting ********. Rivercove sold out because there are no more options for ec. And it’s still cheaper than private with the grants included. Also newbie being newbie, all scared ‘miss the boat’ like you.

Is anyone lowballing developer? Who are you talking about mergui?

Lol please enjoy. Uni grad vs O level of course got big difference in views and quality. Mergui think she got penthouse so top 1% in SG already but dunno which ulu penthouse and how many more years lease since I was still drinking breast milk when she bought.

Don't get yourself banned.... Every one entitled to their opinions. But high price property launched git snapped up? Think those fully sold are reasonably priced. Rivercove not cheap considering it's an EC condominium. But so fast fully sold means market aka people demanding it, provided the price it did not cross the market bench mark as an EC.

HDB build EC is to help those income stucked in between and upgraders to afford. But now it breaks the 1k point and sells like a PC. :s13:

frankly, if sumang sells at 1200psf, i rather buy a young resale PC at 1100psf.
At least is a PC, can still run away if anything goes wrong, dun need to wait for 5yrs.

If ppl can afford 1200psf and above, is no longer an EC and the income cap that govt set can be remove too. :s22:
