hi there! me and my fren is taking 4rm. there might be a chance where all of today's applicants all drop out and thats why there is no change in the number? LOL. think im just secretly hoping alot of ppl drop out.

ohhh i didnt know we can call in and ask for a tentative date. noice. cos we are heading overseas in start May for 3 weeks and abit worried that our appointment will clash with our trip.

i also secretly hoping that u drop out.

I went back to look at Nov 2017 SBF thread.
They called up 20 applicants by 9 May 2018.
So I guess we're on par or faster than last year.
Let's be patient.

The ballot result was out 3 weeks earlier than last year.
So I expect that we will get to select earlier but seems like it’s the same.

Heard that the dropout rate can be up to 30%, hopefully this time will also be the same since it’s so near the next sbf. Some might just go for the next one?

18-757 $460,300 NE Facing; West Sun at Service Yard; Corner unit; Living room might see unit 743 service yard/AC ledge, might be better to position TV console where the Suggested Study is.

Seems really private, last unit.
But Living and Rooms face on 208A, basically no view.
157/159 are better in comparison.
159 above #4 in particular, though inward facing, will overlook the roof gardens.

thank you so much. Don’t know there’s so much to look out for when buying a flat. Wanted to be at that block so I will be in the same block as my relative. Seems like level 6 might be a better choice.

But why west crest. It’s surrounded by two schools and one big junction. So far away from everything else.

Depends what you’re looking for. Looking into people’s house’s or more privacy facing road

Just called to check when will the appointment date be out. Based on my queue no 4x, the schedule will be out mid April. Estimated selection date will be on mid May. Apparently only 2 selection day per week (tues and wed) and 3 no. per day. Total 27 queue no. will be cleared this month. so can stop refreshing and wait until next tues
