My $5 senior plan has no 4G signal in the east west underground MRT from kallang to redhill. Only open space then signal come in.

Connectivity is a problem.
It will take long time before improvement.

according to their website my credit card was billed $10 on 20 july, but as of now this charge never appeared in my credit card statement. Anyone experienced the same?

This company need to relook into their system and process. Till now the trail plan is still running FOC without a further new dead line.

Yesterday they deduct after only 2 weeks from previous payment and they fail attempt again today. Luckily it’s virtual card so need to top up, if not that’s $30 for less than 1 month.

If tomorrow they make payment attempt again that’s like daily charging of $10.

Got the same sms too. Sent them email no reply, check website cannot manually pay myself (website stats all wrong also, contract renewal date still set January before the extension). Gave up and ported out to giga. Got my SIM card today liao. :s12:

sorry if this has been asked before.

my existing telco contract expiring 1st sept. if i want to port to tpg to keep the same number, should I sign up on the same day? or a couple of days before for them to send me sim card

How long does porting take?

So far I received 1 email about 3 hours ago saying they confirm receipt of $10. Still no description for what period. Also no receipt yet for the 2nd $10 they charged. Both were deducted this morning, just a few minutes apart.

I have emailed TPG but unable to stop them taking the $10.
Now the $10 shows up as credit when I logged in.
They did not acknowledge taking this $10.
The day after taking, they took another $10 which I assume is the monthly charge. They did send an acknowledge email. But my activation is not on the day that they took the $10.

I have 2 lines with them, so it is $20 in credit.
I do not know how many others they took this $10 credit. Just do your own math.
Anyway, I have cc'ed IMDA and have given them my name/account - I hope they can do something.

Seriously, I cannot believe, today in SG, this can be happening. Take $ first without receipt and invoice.

IIRC, this remind me of the bicycle sharing saga when users have to do something to get back their $. Slight twist is that the user like willing put in the $.

Already said Long time ago that trial will continue and TPG rushed to go commercial due to porting issues with 3 MNOs.

People must learn to read the market. Passed my trial to my gf and sign up $10 plan. So far no issue with deduction.

Yes, Downtown line (blue line) don't have signal.
Have to wait till next year.

Northeast line (purple line) got signal can use now.
Northsouth line (red line) don't have signal.
Eastwest (green line) no signal also

Underground not good, above ground ok.
Underground at most shopping ctr no problem.

I actually did not send them an email, only messaged them thru FB and still didn't get any reply. They sent me a "receipt" in the evening for 1 $10 charge, after I was charged 2 x $10 in the morning.

As of this morning, my TPG account in the website shows 1 $10 credit/bank transfer for August. No sign of the invoice nor of the 2nd charge.

Update: At lunch time I received another "receipt" acknowledging the 2nd payment. At least they have acknowledged both charges. However, still no invoice and I still don't know what I paid for. For now, I will assume they are payments for July and August. I also changed my credit card details with a virtual card with less than $10, so they cannot anyhow charge again.

If these issues are still unclear by end of this month, I will most likely port out to Giga $10.

My GrabPay card went through this morning for July's bill. Not sure why it failed the first time tho. I didn't change anything when I got the sms.
