This 3% surcharge is charged by Alipay and WeChat, NOT by OCBC, NOT by MasterCard, NOT by Visa, NOT by YouTrip or whatsoever.

my wechat transaction with Amaze is weird. wechat charged me CNY at the POS, then wechat reversed my CNY POS, but wechat charged me in SGD, causing me to lost in instapoints, and also lose $ in terms of the refund...

dunno what crap they are doing, raised a case with amaze and see what they say..

ps: I have no issue with Ali pay with Amaze..

Just back from China.
Managed to link cc (include the YouTrip mastercard) to both WeChat and Alipay, and both works.

Alipay works 99.9% of the time.
The couple of times when it didn't work are small shops and need to use WeChat.

So u didn't top up money in alipay? But add in the credit card to make payment. Basically shopping ,hotel , cafe and restaurant all can accept alipay by card

Do u mean the 3% surcharge if use alipay link by a credit card? If top up the money in alipay no surcharge?

You can top up your Alipay with no fee/surcharge? Your friend(s) gonna top up/transfer to your Alipay wallet?

Most of us are smart but lazy.... smart to just ask n wait for answer.... lazy to explore himself n overcome a problem.
There are tools to do translation.... google for them. U might think these translation tools are inaccurate then how accurate forummers translate?

Nothing to do with languages.... it is individual.

BTW, Technology has evolved so much that u do not need a link for translation.... u just need your mobile camera.

Anyway, hopefully someone here who is very free, kind enough to give u a English summary .

All the SG WeChat expert, can share why this scam message pops up whenever we trying to do a big purchase and in the end the transaction got rejected? I tried with my ocbc card and it sucked! Pay another more than $300 and this stupid message keeps popping.
