Moment sound bar

Bought one too during sitex, delivered after xmas, spoilt plans for a karaoke session for xmas nvm. Been running it pass few days but experienced the same input switching as well as eq switching, keeps swigching to night mode. Tried to call in to acryan at sls but canot get through. Will try tml and sort it out.

Wad tv are you guys using, and maybe share your connections. My starhub box is connected to avr, and avr to tv via hdmi, and opt to moments.

I connects directly to Sharp LED TV using the AUX cable provided.

Btw, I did DL 天籁k歌 but I can't find any option to turn off the vocal...

You need to download the song first before you can control vocal and pitch.

Do u have trouble with input switching? I removed the battery from remote control and since than no further issues, just using my ipad as remote.

No issue with the remote control and the touch screen on the sound bar. Not sure for the app cos not out yet in play store.

The file is DL into the device? If yes, is the file named "audiocn"? Cos I wana move the files into my SD card.

Anyway thx again for the info. Working good now. Only thing is I need to connect the AUX cable directly from my tablet to the Moment sound bar. If not, the sound does not comes out from the speaker if connect by bluetooth...

Just to share: So my connection is by chromecast to cast the screen to TV. AUX cable from tablet to Moment, instead by bluetooth, to play the sound. Set Moment to "AUX" & "MIC" mode to work.

B) tv to sound bar using the 2 tone cable / earphone jack with 2 tone cable.
Nothing seems to work... Anyone succeed in fixing it?

U can check backwards on my postings how i connect mine. I'm using chromecast as replacement for HDMI cable.
Only thing is that I'm not sure about how ipad works. Did u check if there's any settings need to be done on your ipad?

Hi, how is it going on? Just a thought, for the AUX cable(red/white), connect it to the sound bar, and the 3.5mm jack connect to TV where it shows for 'earphone' instead of audio output. Hope it helps
