Me is average down haha...I bought @1.6+ last year (Haiz newbie then...) and then average down @1.45 this year..

If drop to 1.3 might average down again. My strat now is to average down approx every 10% drop. CCT fundamentals solid right?

Only 3 reits are blue chip
CCT is one of them
Long term ok de

Besides weakening rental rates and occupancy, the other metrics are looking fine, especially the low gearing. Yup, nearer to $1.30 is a good add.....:D

Will easily roll back to $1.40. Not rushing into it. From now till May, has window of at least 2 months.

But best is check the past few years history of dpu going up or not
And their deals got create value for their holders or not

For CCT the past 5 years dpu and nav always up
Gearing also low at 30%
Never do rights issue or placement to dilute shareholders
Thats why CCT has the blue chip stamp

However commercial property big supply coming in 2016
Rentals may be negatively revised... Must see management able to maintain dpu or not

I think rental rates may fall 2-5% but due to the extra rental from the new capital green which is around 1/10 to 1/20 of total assets, this will help offset the pressure

Leading to overall dpu for 2016 to be flat or slightly up

Just my view, i may be wrong

In the worst case rentals for commercial property decline in 2016 and 2017
Before recovering in 2018

So if u want to hoot CCT must have holding power and long term view

If keppel reit 14%paper gain but havent collected div b4, will u sell?

Honest qn, i got consider. I know hold for div is a strategy but if rental income will depress share price...

Ok thanks. Seems like most ppl i ve heard will hold paper gains for divs. Shall follow wisdom of the crowrd.

GxGx ! You bought at bottom px, half of ipo px :)
Yes no counter is spared during GFC. But the DPUs are rather stable💪
