You guys asking for rebates and good will discounts must be really new to VQ.

Only VQ ask you for your good will and ask you for discount for their subpart service only. Never the other way around.

Hell I've been giving them good will on the IPv6 promise since 2014 where they said they will resolve it within 6 months. Recently they said end April. Guess which month it is now?

Just discovered M1 do a static IP for $2/month now too, which was basically the only remaining USP of ViewQwest...

I don't want any discounts or rebates. tbh enough is enough. I want out. I want to be able to break my contract now without penalty because VQ has failed to deliver a useable Internet connection that doesn't keep going down.

anyone else supports this?

So what you all going to do to pass time while VQ is down ah?

Was watching 6 Hours of Spa race, VQ went down with around 4.5 hours to go. Missed out 1hr and counting, see if downtime or race ends first.... :mad::mad::mad:

Now everybody has to use 4G to look for updates. Viewqwest please pay our mobile data bills.

Even if the whole of SG support you, you already lost the case when you signed the terms and conditions.

Haha haha haha. Sorry guys. Hardware failure again. Guess cost cutting on hardware isn't such a great idea.

Hi guys - update:

The issue was caused by a loop caused by one of our customers - this triggered our loop protection to kick in which affected connectivity for some of the exchanges. We've fixed the original issue by isolating the customer but now we need to access the exchanges in order to restore connectivity to everyone affected - as per NLTs policy we need to wait 1H before we can access.

Estimated ETA is 11:30pm.

I using BBOM to access internet now... So far no update on what happening

I do... 3 months in and the number of times i called in are more than the numbers of times i called to other isp in 4 years
