- Even if got downtime, I can still kpkb at an **** over 1688 24/7/365 hotline
- It doesn't seem that bad if you choose their Unlimited plan which has less/little/no throttling

I am paying $89.95!!!!!!! Contract up in June.

Come on VQ we need answers. What happened to the old VQ which gave customers prompt updates & was upfront & honest with no avoiding of questions?

it's times like these, I'm glad I got dual wan... but the recent downtimes are really a shame. since 2012, the user experience has been going downhill
