From my understanding, end users can consolidate feedbacks and submit to IDA for review.

Some of us did submit reports to IDA for review. But there has been no follow up since the only email reply of we will be looking into the issue. I think it's time to send in to CASE too, since I think this has gone beyond fixing of the issues, and for those of us that just want out without any penalty, we can submit our request to CASE, just based on the fact that they have failed to maintain their basic SLA of 99% uptime.

I didn't know you signed a 99% uptime SLA for residential line.

Anw, if you DID sign it, you wouldn't even need to contact VQ. They will contact you with regards to compensation

East (Bedok) online again as of a few minutes ago.

Considering all we lost was 1 hour of internet access, I don't understand the outcry.

Sure, if you couple that with the past year of outages, it adds up, but at any given time we weren't without internet for days on end.

I do agree however that considering all that's happened, VQ should do something to appease its existing client base, either offer those of us on the more expensive older plan, a price cut, or some compensation.

Just my $0.02

Guys, I don't think we cribbing about this here going to get us anywhere. we need to start tracking these downtimes. Why not create a site to track these down times, and collect statistics of no of ppl affected? We then use that data to n probably raise it to IDA / VQ TOP Mgmt. What say ?

Right now we crib n then forget after once the link comes up. So VQ is not so serious about our concerns.

Why not an issue? I give you my example....My Onevoice supposed to be terminated on mid Apr this year and the staff which is a pinoy told me it will be off after I carry on for one year as per contract requirement and the backend will follow up....guess what? My Onevoice is still running till now and I am waiting for them if they going to bill me for monthly fee.:s13:

There is nothing you can do....They make automatic deduction from your credit card and if you terminate your card , they disable your service and serve you legal letter.

Just spread the word and cancel the subscription once contract end

The quota is used to penalize SME and put on a show for Singaporean.

Just go to any foreign bank and you are likely to see non Singaporean/PR add up to 50~60%

it is legal.

just that the front office people are all not locals. Locals are back/mid office or management positions
