for isp dns, just set the dns setting to auto, its under wan setting

Viewqwest have the worst customer service I ever seen. Was informed certain services not working on their Freedom DNS and asked them for an explanation. Waited for two weeks after sending a few emails and no response till date. Request to terminate the DNS Service and got an instant response. Follow up with an email again to them and till now still no one respond. I guess have to terminate their internet completely since they don't care anyway.

any maintenance on going now? hardly getting any wired connection here. speedtest showed less than 100mbps despite low ping. manually chose all the singapore servers (including viewqwest), the best hitting 120mbps around there. tried to restart ont and modem, doesnt help.

Seems like your router is not primary. Your Zhone might be in router mode.

wah... if got influx of new sign ups and your network lags, then isn't this a failure for a network operator? I guess its isn't the case.
