Cause e27 bulbs are huge and can't fit my light casing

Never seen people using e27 bulbs for lights in false ceiling leh

I have used US white hue bulbs here, but you need to be very careful with turning them on/off. It is not as sturdy as bulbs of 220/230v. I have blown a few bulbs of the 110v ones.

Just curious, why are you using GU10 and not E27?

The micro module is like a switch, it function like a normal wall switch just that it can be hidden inside the wall or the actual lighting

Pairing it with the 8 keys switch, i can program the various switches to control the numerous lighting in my house.

For example, i have a 8 keys switch in the living room that allow me to create 8 different scenes..... So to ensure all lighting are off before i go out, i can basically create a "Turn off all light" scene to off all power.

just curious, since u already have logitech harmony hub, why not just program it to control your aircon?

You should be able to control your aircon via alexa too...

The scene can be done on the switch level as well at the controller level....

For example, i have 3 lighting switches in the living room, i can use 3 keys to control the individual lighting point because i might not need to switch on all 3 lighting point at the same time.

If i do need all lighting point to be switch on, i can either physically on the 3 switches or i can program 1 switch than will switch on all 3 lighting at the same time

To me, the physical control are for more generic scene, the more dynamic scene will be done via the apps.

example, scene for movie etc.....

Furthermore Insteon, Amazon Echo and Logitech Harmony are natively compatible so i believe there will be more automation that i can play with....

Meanwhile, still waiting for my friend to pass me the Harmony Elite.....
