Yeah that's what I thought. I think no choice have to go burn $5 to HDB for a floor plan.

On key collection day, they will also give u a copy.

Yeah they gave but it's filled with recommended layouts. The ones in the mailbox also are not the empty floor plan with dimensions. Anyway I already paid $5 for it. Thanks a lot all.

You probably lost it.
It's actually inside the folder they gave you on your very first appointment to pay the downpayment.
