For info. Can go into the rewards page. It allows to buy rewards points at 2 cents per miles. I just bought and rounded up so that after redemption, there was no orphan points in the card. Card Cancelation will be coming up next after I receive the miles transfer.

Oh I didn't know that..Thanks..Orphan miles is always a deterrent

Where do u find it to buy? I can't find it

You didn't notice the offer rate of 2cents or maybe it for selected customer ? Or maybe it's damn fine print .....

Nope, don't remember seeing anything like that. Retried with the residual miles, no such option.
Are you a priority customer?

I'm not a priority customer. I'm not sure of the criteria, I thought it was available for everyone. It was my first redemption ever with SC, could that be the reason ?

considering to give up the priority VI for this VI due to the 3miles/$ for overseas spending. but the no AF waiver or mile reward is really a turn off sia. I think not many ppl got the 20k miles for renewal :(

SCB FX fees are 3.5% vs other banks which are 2.5%.

For a $100 transaction, you get at most 50 miles more, but pay $1 extra, making it 0.02 per mile. UOB's Visa signature gets you 4mpd at 2.5% FX, but catch is that the minimum foreign currency spending must be at least $1000 sgd equivalent for that statement month.

for rewards redemption why they cap max qty at 99? :(

I redeemed the max of 99 qty (total 99k miles), then now left with 1637 orphan points! :( Now seems like not worth to pay 2cents per mile and then paying $25 to do the transfer leh.

You can call the bank to manually redeem over 99

Frankly speaking, I find visa infinite card or world elite card not as useful as other cards.

Owned BOC visa infinite, cimb visa infinite and citi prestige before, now only left with cimb visa infinite due to no annual fee.
