You need 3 things

You need to be subscribed to the 2Gbps Multi Network plan, and use either Asus BRT-AC828 or MikroTik CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+PC router and you need network card that supports 10Gbps speed on your PC/laptop

If you have all the abovementioned 3 things, all you have to do is connect LAN 1 and LAN 2 of the Zhone to the WAN ports of the router (WAN 1 and WAN 2). Then you can use the LAN of the router to connect to your PC/laptop. You have to read the manual of the router for the details on how to bond. This is just the general overview of how to get 2Gbps speed for your PC/laptop

You don't need a 10Gbps network card if u are just bonding two 1Gbps links. I'm using the CCR1009 with a 10Gbps SFP+ network card though for ease of use and room for upgrade.

Hello Dear jackycar how are you.
Haven't seen u around the other thread for a bit :)

Haha which other thread?

To think that people used to call me a VQ employee because of how I defended them. Haiiiii.

Sorry Nate won't bother PMing NRIC as this is a recurring problem. Onevoice started working again for me today without any intervention.

Heyo are you using china based sites to stream?

If so, head on our over to our fibernet forum to let us know which sites you're using! We're doing a beta for better china connection :)

If you don't yet have a forum account you can create one and then just send over the username to forum@viewqwest.com to get access to the customer only section.

FreedomVPN is down now. Switching to Google's works.

Can a VQ rep look into this?

Hi Godslayer,

Is the issue still persistent & are there any sites particularly? Let me know and I will log a case for you.

Hi Jackycar,

You can still drop a PM regardless and we'll get someone to investigate and hopefully fix the issue once and for all :)

FreedomDNS

If anyone is facing issues with their FDNS, kindly drop me a PM with any particular sites that you are having a problem with along with your NRIC. Will get the relevant personnel to check asap.

Thank you,
Nate

You can use your own router.

Best to tell them.
Your router is in router or AP mode?

how about the static IP feature? should be tied to modem mac add? or router?:s22:
If your modem is in router mode, it is "tie" to modem.

If your modem is in bridge mode, it is "tie" to your router/AP.
