for couple to stay only.

no kids and no other dependants.

any lease period (99 year/999 year/freehold) is fine.

Think you should change the title to

studio or 1 bedder also don't have?

all 1 bedders must start from 500k and above?

Or look for those property with less than 20 year lease.

The problem is that shoebox units are very ex in
psf but sold with ā€˜affordable’ quantum.
If not, you are in luck.

Can try guard house at condo and may be get paid for staying there.
